I just noticed that the BFI (which put out the sub-par release of Salo earlier this year) has already released Pasolini's Il Decameron on DVD in the UK and will release The Canterbury Tales this month (June).
I was wondering, has anybody seen the quality of their Decameron release? I noticed that both films will have the original Italian soundtrack, which is good. But will the transfers be terrible? Anyway, this sounds very interesting.
