Any one here ever use the Sima video copymaster? I picked it up at Circuit City last week for 39.99. I've used it to make backup VHS copies of all my dvds. It works great. It even has s-video in and out, so I go straight s-video all the way to my VCR. It has composite video as well. It descrambles the picture, letting the user record dvds. Pretty cool little box. What thinkst thou?

It's my understanding that it's only good for type 1 Macrovision, and you need the Sima Color Corrector model (around $100) to get the type 2 Macrovision correction. If we only knew what dvd's had what type of Macrovision...
I have several Sima products and they all seem to be high quality.
