Great DVD, contains the wide screen and full screen on 2 seperate discs (one on each). It's loaded, and has a nice transfer and (DTS?) soundtrack
cheap case though (it's one of those Gladiator-type discs but the fold in thing is very cheap and broke for me)

The transfer is the same for both the widescreen and full screen collectors editions(The transfer is excellent). The dts sound is a welcome addition, but in all honesty the dolby digital 5.1 is almost as good. The only extras you pick up on the UE is one more commentary track, trailers for the Mummy Returns, a montage from Mummy Returns, and having both the full screen and widescreen versions. You lose the musical score only option on the UE. It's a great dvd, if your a dts fan I would say get it, if not it's really not worth it if you already own the Mummy Collector's Edition.
