Does anyone know of a place where I can buy Indian/Hindi dvd's at reasonable prices as I'm looking to buy 5-10.

Thank you.

http://www.indianblockbuster.com is very good, so is http://www.indiaplaza.com

The thing that I like about these two is that they don't carry boot-legs. In Indian movies, you'll know a boot-leg immediately by the often poor picture or sound quality. I've actually compared a real copy vs. a bootleg of a couple of movies and at first the boot-leg appears fine...if you play it in a home theater environment, you'll notice slight imperfections such as grainy to hazy pictures, sound coming from one side, etc. Not to say that even originals or real copies aren't bad quality at times. But at least the chances are lowered.

I have about 150 of them, the best prices so far - http://www.indiaweekly.com , plenty of excellent titles below $10.00. I have not checked the sites mentioned in the previous replies, but I will.

Thier shipping prices for overseas is crazy...$19.00 plus $2.00 per dvd? Even the DVD's are cheap but the shipping are not worth it!

India Weekly has excellent prices. I just ordered a bunch and requested priority shipping for an additional $2.00. Received my order promptly. Now I just need to make the time to watch them.

A special thanks to Sbiswas for making us aware of this site.

Here is another good one.

I have ordered from http://www.cdguru.com . They are based in England and from time to time they have free shipping deals. Great prompt service.
