New FUNimation Survey (8/30/11)

http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22CZA5D7NUR

Hello!

First, thanks for helping us out. We really appreciate your help in taking this survey so we can get a better understanding of your needs and wants in order to provide all of North America better access to anime.

The anime industry depends on you and we want to know how to serve you better.

All of this info will be safe and never sold to a third party - we hate spam too.

We'll select 5 people who have completed the survey and they will win a DVD or Blu-ray of their choice.

Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is important to us.

Lance Heiskell
Your Friendly Neighborhood FUNimation Guy

Re: New FUNimation Survey (8/30/11)

I wish they could ask what kind of tv/blu-ray, dvd player people have. It would be a much better question then just asking do you have a blu-ray player becouse a lot of HD tv's only have 720p.

I have a Sony "32EX720" LED, 1080p, 120hz refresh rate, with 3D support and my blu-ray player is a Sony "HBD-E370"

Dvd's looks like crap on it compared to a blu-ray.

I know blu-ray's look amazing but I wouldn't go so far as to say my DVD's look like crap. Though when given a choice I would always spend extra to buy blu-ray now.

Heck, I was showing my 4 year old what Atari 2600 games look like on my 46" LCD 1080p last night. Yeah, Blu is nice, but I still go to DVD for most things.

Took the survey, I do agree it would have been nice to share setup specs though.

Re: New FUNimation Survey (8/30/11)

I buy dvd's still but only when I buy animes and if there is no blu-ray release.

Edit: Last year I was going to buy two movies Avatar and G. I. Joe from Walmart but they only had the dvd's on the shelf, by the time Walmart got the blu-rays I changed my mind about buying them since I went over someones house that rented them from Netflix.
