Planet Hulk ---> February 2010
While playing the new Marvel Ultimate Alliance game, I unlocked the teaser trailer for Planet Hulk. It's based on the Planet Hulk comic book and hopefully will lead to a good World War Hulk film.
Here is the full trailer:

Wow, I had no idea they were even making this. I've found every Marvel animated movie so far to be unwatchable so far (at least from the few I've seen). But PH is one of my favorite Marvel stories of the past 10 years, & is a great idea for an animated feature. Maybe it's b/c I'm so use to the Timm-DC animated style, there is just something I don't like about Marvel's animation, but that preview does look pretty good.
Is that Vin Diesel doing the voice of Hulk?

I haven't seen it b/c I never like Wolverine (I know that sounds crazy), but if the fights are cool I'll check it out. I love Dr. Strange, but couldn't even finish that one, same with Iron Man. Didin't like Ultimates either, but at least the Thor fight was cool on that one.

Looks like they're covering all the major points from the storyline. I hope they do justice to it and it's longer that 70 minutes.

I don't know if you guys know this but I'm a HUGE DC FAN. That said, wow, even I would check this out.

Read the comics from the early 70s to early 80s, then the 90s with the death of Superman.
Now I am loving DC Direct to video: Old "JLA", GL, Superman Death, WONDER WOMAN (Loved it, great story and art) and new JLA Crossover coming soon.
But this Hulk looks like a great story, can't wait - feel like a kid again!

Looks like they goofed and it was really a mini poster. Thing is my best buy only had the 2 disc special edition w/mini posters. Did they also have them in the blu-ray's?
They did have a mini Hulk #181 comic in few re-released older marvel animation titles w/ new slipcovers

I watched this on Netflix last week and really enjoyed it. I never read the comic series, but I liked the story. No clue who the Thor look-a-like guy was, though.

I saw this pretty cheap at Walmart but wasn't sure if it was any good or not. Marvel's animated movies seem to be really hit or miss.

You can buy the BD at Target for $5.00. I took a chance and the whole family liked it. Well worth the 5 bucks. I wish all of Marvel's stuff would hit that price point (DC too).

I thought Planet Hulk was awful as an animated feature, one of the worst animated comic book movies I've seen (and I've seen them all) yet. Poor animation, a very weak script, and changes from the original comic book version that greatly reduced its entertainment value.

Beta Ray Bill from the 80's Thor, he replaced Silver Surfer from the comic I think for legal reasons.
