Kate Winslet and Judi Dench in Iris - both received Oscar nominations, the only time this has happened if I'm not mistaken.

However, due to Lucas SE-ing the films, in Return of the Jedi, Darth Vader is played by Sebastian Shaw, James Earl Jones, and Hayden Christensen (also David Prowse, but he's not famous).
Oh, and in the same vein, Hayden Christensen and James Earl Jones in Revenge of the Sith.
