I'll be curious to see how this lawsuit shapes up. Considering who she named, I do believe her that it occurred. Those guys have always been major A-Holes.

But as usual, the fact that she waited quite a while before filing as well as not putting up any criminal charges (not to mention what MTV will no doubt show with the footage of her in their defense) will make it hard in general to prove anything.

Tonya's going to be her own worst enemy in this situation cause of her well documented past.

I'll be honest.

I laughed a little when they said it was a toothbrush.

Those are pretty sick allegations, but I believe her knowing who is envolved. No chance she will be able to win anything.

I was going to make a smart assed comment about offering five bucks for that toothbrush, but upon thinking about it, it's pretty messed up. They assaulted and penetrated someone who was incapacitated, with a toothbrush. No one deserves that.

Maybe she just found out about it. Someone could have told her what happened long after the fact, or even showed her footage of the assault.

That's always possible.

MTV has finally responded going "We checked the footage, didn't find anything that she said happened."

Yeah, wonder if they really checked the unedited footage. I hope she's got something to prove them wrong.

Interesting article about this at THR. Article says MTV tried to "resolve" the issue (probably a payout) so I think they do have the footage.

Yeah its those contracts that they sign that's the real problem.

Of course MTV even having to consider the possibility that these things could happen to them and yet they still want to film them is ridiculous.

But I love after the show's been filmed, the casts always hate how they've been edited and what not yet you know what? That's still you being honestly portrayed. And if you really didn't like it, you wouldn't then sign up for Challenges!

But I'm all for supporting Tonya in this. I hope she really does have a case.
