That's what I'm doing. The doorbuster thing is BS. I'm not sure if the doorbuster thing is at midnight, or store opening. It doesn't really clarify when that 2 hour period is. Either way, I'm not going at midnight, or at store opening.

In store only. Doorbuster discount does not apply to BestBuy.com pre-orders or sales. Stores with midnight openings will have Doorbuster pricing for both the midnight opening and the first two hours of regular business hours on October 20, 2009.

The fine print on the ad says the 2 hour period applies to both the midnight opening and normal business hours. Yet the walmart exclusive does seem like the way to go.

I wonder if the Best Buy computers will be programmed to exclude WWE box-sets from that Svr2010 deal. The fine print says only the Batista DVD is excluded and I vaguely recall more than once people getting boxsets for free or cheap with deals because the computers weren't programmed right.

Getting TF: ROTF at WM for $20. Definitely picking up Rammstein's new CD. It is awesome. Might get a few of those $12.99 blu's too.

Re: Best Buy Ad - 10/18 - 10/24/2009
Nothing here for me this week. And as far as Blu-ray is concerned, and not to be offensive to anyone, but I see no reason why anyone would want to pay $22 (or $19 after PJ coupon) for this at Best Buy when they can get the IMAX version for $20 (or $17 with PJ coupon) at Wal-mart. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
DVD people on the other hand could benefit. I like the idea of doorbuster, but the idea of a doorbuster is to have something good enough to get me in the door, something they fail at here.

I'm not planning on going at midnight, but I'm thinking about getting there within 2 hours of store opening to get the standard edition of Transformers 2 for $13.99-$3 (PAPA JOHN'S coupon)=$10.99 even though I don't like the artwork of that version.
Any ideas what "deals" Wal-Mart may have for the standard DVD?
