Mostly US and UK. A little bit of Canada, Norway (Sigur Ros) and Jamaica for my reggae stuff.

UK easily (England, Scotland and Ireland have produced insane amounts of great music).
The US and Australia then (I am Aussie so that comes as no surprise) but I also really like African music.

What's new in Oz that we wouldn't have heard of?

I used to have a friend in Australia. This was the last CD he sent me:

Re: What Country Produces Your Favorite Music?

The UK by a long shot. I grew up on a steady diet of British New Wave bands in the late 70s-early 80s and have continued with the Brit bands ever since.

I also like listening to British radio stations online - even "general interest" stations, like the old Virgin FM - were far closer to my tastes than almost any station I've ever heard in America. Also, whenever there's a "100 Best Bands" or "100 Best Songs" poll, I always agree more with a British list than an American one.

I guess I was just born in the wrong country, musically speaking.

Any one country strongly represented in your collection?
1)United States
2)UK
