1. Iron Chef America - "Symon vs. Moore: Thanksgiving" - [Food Network] - 5/10
I've actually never seen Iron Chef America before. Not as entertaining as the original Iron Chef since people are actually speaking English. I like the over-the-top translators of the original Iron Chef. I do like one of the judges, Ted Allen, I think he was on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.
2. Iron Chef America - "Thanksgiving Showdown" - [Food Network] - 7/10
Great episode. It was 2 vs. 2 in this episode. It's amazing what these guys can do. I know there is more behind the scenes items that we don't see, but nonetheless, it's very impressive. Tiki Barber was worthless as a judge. Lou Diamond Phillips was excellent... knew his stuff! Morimoto and Cora got robbed! Their originality was WAY better than Flay/Simon. Final though, I think I have a mini-crush on Cat Cora now.
3. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air - "There's the Rub: Part 1" - [Nickelodeon] - 4/10
I think I'll watch part II, but I think after last year and this year, I'm about done with The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. An interesting appearance by one of the Home Improvement sons.

4. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air - "There's the Rub: Part 2" - [Nickelodeon] - 4/10
Note to self: Always add two minutes to any Nickelodeon recordings. Done with Will Smith this year!

5. Bewitched - "Samantha's Thanksgiving to Remember" - [WGN] - 4/10
I haven't watched Bewitched for such a long time. I used to watch it on re-runs in the 80's. This episode was pretty lame. I also couldn't tell if this episode was colorized. It looked a little bizarre to me.
6. Gary Unmarried - "Gary Gives Thanks" - [CBSHD] - 8/10
Never seen this show before. Typically I have not been a big fan of Jay Mohr, but this show was really funny! I may actually start recording this show. Paula Marshall is also in this show, she looked really familiar and I realized she was on of the more memorable episodes of Seinfeld. Quite the cast.
7. That 70's Show - "Thanksgiving" - [F/X] - 8/10
8. Newhart - "Thanksgiving for the Memories" - [Nickelodeon] - 6/10
Love Bob Newhart. It's been such a long time since I've seen the show. Not my favorite episode, but brings back some memories.

9. Night Court - "The Last Temptation of Mac" - [??] - 7/10
Some classic one-liners in this episode. I love that about Night Court.

10. That 70's Show - "Thank You" - [F/X] - 7/10
Saturday, November 29th, 2008
11. Thanksgiving Unwrapped - [Food Network] - 6/10
Not as interesting as Christmas Unwrapped. It was cool nonetheless. For some reason there is something enthralling about watching how food is made.
12. A Colbert Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift - [Comedy Central] - 3/10
This was just not really that funny at all. I didn't realize it was going to be some lame random songs.

13. The Office - "Moroccan Christmas" - [NBC HD] - 7/10
A classic one-liner that I almost missed: "I think I can find ways to push Meredith to the bottom. I did it with Jan."
Friday, December 12th, 2008
14. Kath & Kim - "Friends" - [NBC HD] - 6/10
Ok, yes, I watch this show. Ok, yes, I only watch the show because Selma Blair is in it . I really am not a big fan of Molly Shannon, but she is pretty good in the role that is required. John Michael Higgins has been in a lot of the Christopher Guest movies, and he is good in his role as Phil.
15. Love Actually [DVD] - 8/10
One of my friends at work highly suggested it, and so I finally bought it. An excellent movie. The cast was pretty amazing. It was nice that they didn't try too hard to bring everyone's stories together, it felt pretty natural. I was disappointed in the Laura Linney story, I thought there would be more to that storyline. The ending was excellent.

16. Eastern Promises [DVD] - 8/10
Quite a departure for what I'm used to in a Cronenberg movie. Viggo Mortensen was amazing in his role. He most certainly deserved the Academy Award nomination last year.

17. Saturday Night Live 12/13/08 [NBC HD] - 2/10
This was really one of the worst Saturday Night Live episodes I have ever seen. I have seriously considered putting a hiatus on my viewing of SNL for a while. It really is the writing of the skits. The skits were absolutely horrible and not funny at all.
Monday, December 15th, 2008
18. My Name is Earl - "Orphan Earl" - [NBC HD] - 7/10
19. Christmas Vacation [DVD] - 10/10
Best comedy...ever. Enough said

20. 30 Rock - "Christmas Special" - [NBC HD] - 8/10
Another solid 30 Rock episode. I look forward to this show every week. I can't believe Alec Baldwin almost left in the first season. Thank god they got him to stay.
21. American Dad - "The Most Adequate Christmas Ever" - [FOX] - 9/10
Probably my favorite American Dad ever.
Wednesday, December 24th, 2008
22. Corner Gas - "Merry Gasmas" - [NBC HD] - 4/10
I was looking forward to watching this show, as I had never seen it before, but I was greatly disappointed. The acting was pretty bad, and the girl with the lisp annoyed me quite a bit. I would probably give it one more shot, but massively disappointed in my initial viewing.
23. A Christmas Story - [HD DVD] - 10/10
"Fra-Gil-eh," must be Italian.
Friday, December 26th, 2008
24. How I Met Your Mother - [CBS HD] - 7/10
I watched one episode last year and it is a pretty witty show. I thought the whole slapping idea was a bit silly, but the episode was solid.

Miscellaneous Statistics
Total Watched Time This Month: 21 Hours, and 17 Minutes
Average Watched Time Per Day: 0 Hours and 33 Minutes

Final Note: Wow, I was pretty worthless in this challenge. It's so surprising considering how much fun I had last year. I even bought a few titles specifically for this challenge. I vow to do much better next year.
