I've been a fairly regular customer with DDDHOUSE and have never experienced this order cancellation issue you are mentioning. Try sending them an e-mail; their customer service (Johnny) is of high caliber. I wonder if you are experiencing some issue with not completing the payment process properly...don't recall if you are asked to temporarily allow pop-ups and such in order for the payment process to be completed (since payment seems to be handled through another service).
