Have placed around 10 orders with them. All items received in pretty good time, though note I'm in the UK. Emailed them once or twice and they replied within 1 or 2 days. Nice shipping packaging too!

Is it normal for orders to get canceled when ordering?

I attempted my first DDDHouse order tonight and both times my orders showed up as "canceled"

I've been a fairly regular customer with DDDHOUSE and have never experienced this order cancellation issue you are mentioning. Try sending them an e-mail; their customer service (Johnny) is of high caliber. I wonder if you are experiencing some issue with not completing the payment process properly...don't recall if you are asked to temporarily allow pop-ups and such in order for the payment process to be completed (since payment seems to be handled through another service).

That might be it. I have pop-up's blocked on my browser and near the end of the payment process it blocked one.

Might have to try again soon.

lets hope i didn't get ripped off. Just bought the region 3 version of Army of Darkness from them (i thought it was long OOP), guess not
