The few times I've used it it's been easy, an email from the form, and credit back in a day or so. The least I've saved is 3.00, the most is 15.00. Definitely worth it, especially when I don't have to drive to a store (I wouldn't bother doing that with an item from a B&M for three bucks.) Definitely seems like Amazon is reducing their customer focus.
