CH Free Shipping on DVD pre-orders
Columbia House has FREE SHIPPING on all DVD pre-orders, even box sets!
Offer expires 8/24 so act quickly.
Noteable (for me, anyway) is
Pushing Up Daisies for $17.97 (release date 9/16)
Heroes, S2 for $23.97 (release date 8/26)
Columbia House's price beats both Amazon and DD and with free shipping, it's a sweet deal. Too bad I ordered Heroes yesterday from Amazon!

Don't feel bad about getting it at Amazon. The free shipping on pre-orders offer doesn't apply to box sets. The shipping on Heroes is $6.99, making the total $30.96.

Ohhhh, gosh darn it, you're right! Silly me for thinking "Free Shipping on ALL DVD pre-orders" actually included box sets.
Have to re-evaluate if Pushing Up Daisies is worth the price now.
Sorry for the premature excitement.

I've also noticed that Sets are now excluded from things that they used to be included in. For example, the codes that give the extra 15% or 20% at checkout? I used to use those to get sets, but now they don't work on them.
CH seems to have gotten more tricky (deceptive) with their wording, by defining a "DVD" their own way. Apparently, "Sets" aren't "DVDs."
