I got 1 & 2 a long time ago, when Snappers were the norm.

Saw "The Take" at the NYC premiere about a month ago. Very good movie...John Leguizamo, Rosie Perez, Tyrese Gibson. $14.99 is a great price.

Already have it, but $12.99 is a STEAL for season one of Friday Night Lights.

Can't recommend this series enough.

Got up this morning to try to put in an order for some of the $9.99 games, but unfortunately, they are not available for online purchase. Checked in-store pick-up, and none of the stores in my area shows them as being available.

Really had my heart set on this sale only to be shot down. At least I managed to get my order in for a few of the $3.99 DVDs earlier in the week.

If I have time, I may scout out at least one of their stores in case some of the games are in-stock contrary to what it says online.

Just got back from CC and, surprisingly, I was able to get all the $9.99 I had planned to get contrary to the fact their website says it's unavailable in any of my local stores. Snagged the last copy of God of War 2 which I have been waiting forever to go on sale.

I saw both of them in my local CC's bargain box, and the names were printed on the $3.99 list on the outside of the box. It's either a regional change or the employee was an idiot.

I'm disappointed the South Park prices aren't the same on the website...usually they match their weekly sales.

I picked up Fargo SE and Blade for $3.99 each. I was shocked to see that my CC store was actually well-organized for a change.

I only wanted 2 DVDs this week... Unfaithful for $3.99 at CC and Reservoir Dogs (gas can edition) for $4.99 at BBY. I didn't have anything else I wanted to get free shipping online. This is what happened:

- Called Circuit City around noon on Sunday to ask about Unfaithful. Was told they only had a handful of copies which sold out in the first 30 minutes and they didn't know if they'd get any more this week.
- Went to Walmart on Monday. They didn't carry Unfaithful or Reservoir Dogs (gas can edition).
- Went to Best Buy on Tuesday. They didn't carry Unfaithful and only had the regular (non gas can edition) of Reservoir Dogs even though their ad showed the gas can edition for $4.99.
- Went to Fry's on Wednesday. They had both of these DVDs but told me they couldn't pricematch more than 33% off the regular price without store manager approval and the manager was "out" at the time. I was told to go buy it and then get a price adjustment at returns. However, as usual the checkout line had about 5 cashiers working and at least 50 people in line (at least a 15 minute wait). No matter how long the lines get, I've never seen Fry's bother to add more cashiers to reduce the wait time.

I gave up and decided these 2 DVDs weren't worth any more trouble. I'm not mad about this. It's actually funny that lately many of the $3.99 and $4.99 DVDs advertised by CC or BBY are not carried at any other stores that pricematch (except sometimes Fry's) making pricematching nearly impossible, and Fry's usually has some excuse why they can't pricematch. It's just not worth driving and waiting in line at 10am on Sunday to get a few cheap DVDs.

Fortunately I was already going to these stores for other things which is why I'm not mad. This has happened enough times in the last few months that I will no longer waste my time making special trips to any stores for bargain DVDs alone.

Today I bought 2 of the $3.99 DVD's - Crash & Austin Powers International Man Of Mystery. Disappointed I couldn't find the Nintendo Wii version of Cars advertised for $10. My Circuit City in Visalia, Ca. only had about 20 of those $3.99 DVD's on Monday but today had over 100 because of a new shipment this morning.
