I was gonna post the same thread with this Q.
It wont let me log on or anything! Also i havn't received the "We have received you DVD" e-mails I was expecting this morning.
I better get 3 new movies shipped today or I am gonna be pissed!!!!!

I sent one back on Thursday expecting it to be received Friday like normal but it's now Monday and still not received.

I would call and complain but I don't wanna be a dick so I'll just take it I guess. This makes me sad though. This sucky,sucky...I, too, returned 4 on Friday and 1 on Saturday only to have three shipped on Tuesday...I simply don't understand why these sites have these major problems so frequently? Don't they do weekly maint? This isn't rocket science...or is it?

Apparently Netflix wanted to save a few hundred thousand dollars by not shipping movies on Monday
Mine also says shipping Tuesday...at least it is a Blu-Ray. Still annoying though.

I'm about to call too. I got the same broken disc in the mail twice in a row, now waiting for the third. And they waited until today to ship also. Over a week of rentals gone just to get one damn movie!

Well, I had a movie returned this morning...and now they say my next movie will ship tomorrow! Two days in a row with shipping delays. I may have to give them a call to see what I can get from them. Blockbuster has been better before this. Maybe when BB starts offering online streaming for all I will switch back.

I called - apparently their system was down yesterday, so they shipped nothing. The girl said everyone would be getting 5% off their next bill because of it.
She also told me tough shit that I've gotten two broken discs in a row.
