I always buy any series I like, even when I know I won't see more of it (Dharma/Drew)... but for some series I wish they'd release the last season first and works their way backwards. I know that sounds strange but very few series are best represented by their first season-- I'm thinking specifically of the Larry Sanders Show here but there are plenty of examples.
