Mond Macabro's - SILIP: Daughters Of Eve (How LImited?)

Do anyone of you know How Limited this Limited Edition was?

Hey Kurt, Thanks for the detailed review! I just got one and geez, I totally agree with your insights about the film and the technical aspect of the DVD release.

Wow! We just finished watching this. It's really out there.

I don't know how limited it is but it's one movie you won't forget for a long time. I actually enjoyed the bad dub version also. It's hilarious.

It's a mid 80's film from the Philippines marketed as a sleazy/skin flick. I heard positive reviews of the DVD so I think I'm gonna watch this.

even though this was supposed to be on bakcorder until the 18th, my copy from the DVD PLanet sale arrived yesterday. I only got a chance to put it in for a couple minutes to check the transfer, but from the little bit I saw, this looks like it is going to end up being a VERY interesting film.
Thats what all the reviews I seen of it so far have said, and it looks like that is exactly the case.
This is my first Mondo Macabro disc, and it looks like they did a first class job.

Very much looking forward to sitting down and watching this sometime in the next couple of days.

If this is your first MM release, you HAVE to get your hands on Lady Terminator and Girl Slaves Of Morgana Le Fay. Those are my two favorites and you should enjoy them, particularly Lady Terminator, one of the most deliriously entertaining films I've ever seen.

*thanks to oopant of rareoopdvds.com

For those who have not seen it, this film is basically the flag banner for the word "exploitation". A lot of Taboos in the film world were shown here.

10,000 is pretty large for a niche title such as this.

How did I miss this thread? Thanks for the shout-out! At first I thought two discs was a bit much considering the amount of extras available, but considering the quality of the transfer, it makes sense ...

Your welcome. As what TomOpus mentioned it might have just siliped while browsing the forum.

speaking of Silip, I tried checking out some movies directed by the Silip's director but it is not as crazy as Silip!
