Shark: Season One

Does anyone know if a Shark Season One review will be featured on this site? I'm holding off buying until I see a good review here - the information in the reviews is usually very good.

Failing that - has anyone here bought and watched the first season? I have seen a few episodes, but don't have a good feel for the show as a series (a sopposed to Yet Another Crime/Legal Drama).

thanks,
Andrew

I just bought the DVD on from half.com brand new for under $20. It has not come yet. As for the show, I watched the first season when it aired on CBS. It is very similar to other crime/legal dramas except for the fact that a small portion deals with Stark (James Woods) dealing with his daughter moving in with him after not living with her for a while. It adds a nice dynamic and Woods is great in this. If you're a fan of Woods, this is a solid pick up. Hope this helps.

No problem. To follow up, I just got the DVD today in the mail. Haven't watched it yet but nice, sleek packaging. 6 discs in 3 slimcases.

I'm the one doing the DVD review and have been a bit busy with HD releases, but at this point it's pretty high up on my list.
