I stopped buying from them when they didn't have anything I wanted in stock.

Just tried to place an order at DVD Planet, but the 25%-off sale items seem to revert back to their non-discounted prices when added to your cart. And, of course, DVD Planet no longer offers a customer service phone line, so there's not even a live human to complain to.

I tried adding 3 titles I wanted, all of which display the "25% off" banner in the search:

Tales of the Gold Monkey: The Complete Series
Monty Python: Almost the Truth: The Lawyer's Cut [Blu-ray]

None of these actually display the savings in the cart.

I just tried to buy $50 worth of Blu-Rays and after 2 hours of messing with their site and trying to update my CC I gave up. There hasn't been maintenance done on their site in 2 years at least. Disgraceful.

Not so much since they stopped issuing coupons. I did place a small order a couple of days ago, and they've got the best price on something I'm looking to buy in the next day or so.
