Thanks for the heads-up.

Those Buffy and Angel seasons look mighty tempting.

So does the Buy 5 9.99 movies, get a $20 GC immediately. I would buy The Prestige, The Illusionist, Pride and Prejudice, X-Men: The Last Stand and I, Robot.

one big thing you missed:

Serenity 2-Disc Special Edition - $17.99 w/ EXCLUSIVE comic book. Min 8 per store.

^I know this is a big title that many are looking forward to, if the thread in the DVD Talk section of the forum is any indication.

Perfect Stranger
2/$20 Deal - w/ purchase of either Single White Female or Closer

South Park: Season 10 - $32.99 w/ BONUS South Park postcards on pack

Ugly Betty: Season 1 - $36.99
House: Season 3 - $39.99

Those would be the rest of the major prices for the week...

ETA: Ah, I see you didn't miss these. You're just editing as you go.

Should be. When the cashier hits total or something a screen should pop-up prompting them to add a $20 GC on to the order.

Remember, they're probably blowing out the Angel sets before the complete series hits on October 30. It's listed at $97 on Amazon, so it'll probably be about $88 at Deep Discount.

Is there anyone who can explain the logic behind Hollywoodland/21 Grams --> ...Balls of Fury? Is this really an existing market crossover? what on earth?

Well, yeah, I figured it was studio based, but usually they're at least tonally similar films!
Like, Halloween leading to...Halloween. Usually a drama to a drama within company...not serious dramas to absurd, stupid comedies... o.O

think there's any chance those FOX $10 off coupons will work in conjunction with the buffy/angel sets? bringing the price down to $5.99 each? here's hoping since it worked with the simpsons/arrested development within the last few weeks... one final hurrah before that coupon expires...

Well they could have thrown Brokeback Mountain into the mix as well. It is a Focus Features title.

Just imagine. Get Brokeback Mountain, see Balls of Fury for free.

Anybody have any details on the comic book that will be with Serenity? This might make me bend my $5 rule.

Crummy price on the South Park set. I might have to check out that Psycho triple feature though.

It may be just a reprint of the first issue of the mini-series, but I am not sure.

Thanks!

Nothing for me this week. The Angel & Buffy would be tempting especially with the $10 off coupon. Too bad I already have them all.

This is a pretty sweet deal when you add in the 5 Free Hd-DVD's by mail. The 7 Free HD-DVD's almost cover the price of the player.
