Thanks for doing this.

You might want to include a section on phone enrollments. Last I heard, only EBP still worked on the phone; the phone number for new enrollment applications is 888-242-3837.

To get a thread stickied, use the "report bad post" button (the red triangle) on my post (it doesn't appear on one's own posts) and ask the moderator to make the thread a sticky.

Thanks for restarting this ITALIAN926.

I joined up with EBP again on the phone today and wasn't asked for a PSN again.
I got a new CSR named Mary.
One of the things she asked before taking my selections was "Do you prefer widescreen or fullscreen?". Obviously, I said WS.
Never heard this before and it's a good thing she asked because I had somehow written down the fullscreen # for Syriana, and when I asked for it, she immediately asked if I wanted the Widescreen version. Good thing she did, or I would've ended up with dreaded fullscreen! Cool
She was definitely a new CSR, and she even asked me what the difference between WS and FS was, so I explained it to her a little bit. "Guess you learn something new everyday" is what she said.

EBP approved on Monday 10/16

Thanks...

From the first post above:
1KJ,1KX,1KK,1KG,C7L,C7M,C7W,E7F,C7Y,C7Z ,EBP,C80,C81,C82,C83,C84,C85,C86,C87,C88,C89 are the next best online codes ... NO PSN required and credit card at checkout. (Emphasis added.) Not that I am surprised that you missed it in such a long list of codes!

It just happens that EBP still works on the phone, as well as on-line, unlike most of the other codes. That could change, though. (But there are other good phone codes to post, if it becomes necessary.)

Got one - D9C - requires PSN & maybe CC (didn't complete process yet).

Normal deal: Get 6, Buy 3 later - get 7th for $9.95 & only buy 2 later.

I just logged on to columbiahouse.com and noticed their new offer: 5 DVD for 49 cents and free shipping. Then you just need to buy 2 more DVDs in the next year or you can buy the 6th DVD for $14.95 with free shipping and only have to buy 1 more.

Has anyone sign up with this new offer that doesn't require any code? Is this offer better than any of the offers that require some code?

That sounds like a K7L code. If you have used one of those codes recently you might have a cookie causes that deal to come up instead of the standard (very poor) deal. Try clearing CH cookies or visit the CH site using a different browser. I think that you will find that you get a bad 6:4 offer as opposed to the excellent 6:1 offer.

Either that, or it was a fluke. I don't see 6:1 as the default offer when I go to the CH website. I get the usual 6:4.

I also got 43T in an e-mail recently (along with a bunch of other 42* and 43* codes earlier). But it is actually a 7:2 code, not 6:1:

It's true. Choose 6 DVDs for $0.49 each, with free shipping! All you need to do is buy 3 DVDs over the next 2 years at $19.95 or more plus shipping and processing, and you may cancel at any time after doing so by contacting Customer Service. As a Bonus, you can take the 7th movie now for $9.95 with Free Shipping and have only 2 more movies to buy (instead of 3) in the next 2 years. Plus, you can take an 8th movie for the special price of $9.95 with Free Shipping.

43T does not require a PSN and does allow the use of a credit card (or one can select "Bill Me").

If you enroll using a PSN, will CH cancel your old account? I thought this was one of the reasons they require PSN, to replace an old account, but they still haven't cancelled my old account. Does that mean also that I'll need to call and cancel my old account? Tx.

^ Over the last few years many have reported that one can use regular DVD club codes on the TV Edition website. But the "deal" is never accepted by Columbia House, for obvious reasons. Don't even bother trying.

Hi,

I haven't ordered in months due to working 13 hour days.

Is the best code currently Get 7, Buy 2? It seems like the Get 6, Buy 1 codes are all gone.

Thank you

I signed up a week ago online with one of the Kxx codes and just got a rejection letter saying the offer is not valid anymore.

^ Curious. Usually when a code is pulled it just stops working on the website. Thanks for posting that.

Yeah - I thought that would be the case, too. I didn't even get an email declining - just a letter.

The phone offer works (and I didn't even get asked for a PSN).
