A few Costco prices 12/12

Not much added this week, though the $10 off the WB Classic DVD sets is great if you don't already have them.

They dropped the price on the 2 Charlie Chan Collections to $29.99, and also had the Mr. Moto, Marilyn Monroe, Will Rogers, & Betty Grable collections for that price as well.

Also saw the new 2-disc Sony set of Columbia Buster Keaton shorts for $16.39.

No trace of the new Disney True-Life Adventures yet.

I'm heading over to take advantage of the $10-off Johnny Carson set for my dad for Christmas.

Thanks, Escapist!

Alien Quadrilogy is marked at 31.99, but it's actually ringing up at 21.99 (I just bought one yesterday in Portland!)

21.99 is a steal in my opinion

For some reason, I'm considering picking it up and then dumping my four 2-disk releases on ebay. Wonder if its worth it.

The Costco I work at in Columbus has a bunch of Smallville seasons and One Tree Hill seasons for under $15.

Plus I saw shows like The O.C., Nip/Tuck and Invasion were on sale for under $25.

Has anyone else tried to pick up the Alien boxset? Is it running for $20 at other stores?

I'm about to leave to go check it out. I'll post when I come back (unless someone else beats me to it).

Yes, 31.99 with a 10 dollar "coupon" discount, no coupon needed. Is this an unadvertised sale, and are there other sets with a similar discount?

I'm in Southern California, by the way.

I just picked one up, too. I went to the Costco in Queens, NY. Mine only had about 3 of them. There's no sign saying there is a sale, it just comes off at the register.

They had some cool Limited Edition Gift Sets, too.....Walk the Line, Office Space and Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I might spring for the Walk The Line boxset for $7 off - if there are any left by then.

Thank you!! I was thinking of going back and picking it up, but now I'll wait until the 18th. I hope mine gets more in, though...they didn't have many.

Confirmed at the Irvine, CA Costco. They had at least 6 or 7 left. I already have Alien 2-disc and Aliens 2-disc, but this was too good of a deal to pass up.

Am I the only one that thinks that the Alien Quadrilogy for $21.99 deserves it's own thread for people that might not check up on the Costco thread?
