Whenever I hear moonlight sonata,I picture the movie Immortal Beloved.Particularly the scene where Beethoven lays his head on the piano to hear himself play moonlight sonata.

"Tiny Dancer" by Elton John always reminds me of Almost Famous
any Huey Lewis song reminds me of Back to the Future even if it wasn't used in the film

Hearing the Star Trek theme makes me think of Star Trek.. j/k .. but the Pixies' "Where is my Mind" always reminds me of Fight Club. And yes, Huey Lewis is Back to the Future

Some other ones:
Jessie's Girl - Boogie Nights
Sister Christian - same scene
Girl You'll be a Woman Soon - Pulp Fiction
One - Magnolia
He Loves Me - Punch Drunk Love
Not really a movie but..
I'll never be able to listen to C'mon C'mon by the Von Bondies without thinking of Rescue Me.

Magic Carpet Ride / Fear and Loathing Las Vegas. I don't know if they even used the song in the movie. But it was in the trailer, and it stuck.

I'll never be able to hear "Wake me up before you go go" without thinking of Orange Mocha Frappachinos, bizzare gas fight accidents or Zoolander

"Don't You Forget About Me" - The Breakfast Club (mentioned above, but it also reminds me of the movie)
"If You Could Read My Mind" (by Gordon Lightfoot) - Wonderland (the scene at the end where Holmes and his girlfriend (or wife?) meet again.)
