It's still going on, but the stores don't seem to restock much if ever. ;\

The Big Lots on Lancaster here in Salem, OR has a bunch of Bandai titles still for 3.99. I picked up Kaze No Yojimbo Vol 1. The only other titles I can remember are Galaxy Angel Vol 1, Argentosoma Vol 1, SD Gundam Force Vol ??, and a few others. I was in a hurry to catch a bus, so I didn't have much time to look. They were on a fourway next to the registers that was also piled high with PC games and video tapes. All of the anime dvds were on the very bottom shelf.
