$15 rebate with Frasier: Complete Final Season! Great with DDD discount!

Hey all! I just received the Frasier: The Complete Final Season box set. I was surprised to find a rebate offer worth $15 for US residents (and $20 for you Canadians) as long as you buy one other Frasier season set. Between the current 20 % discount at DDD and this rebate, you'd be able to get two seasons worth of one of the best sitcoms ever for just about $20 a piece all told. This is a great deal! As a long-time Frasier fan, I'm quite happy!

Yes, you'll be fine. I should have mentioned that the rebate is good for those who buy the 4 pack too.

Thanks for the heads-up on this. I did a quick web search, and found the below from a season 11 review:

This set includes a rebate offer request form. One offer is if you buy Frasier Season 1, 2, or 3 AND Frasier: The Complete Final Season. The second is if you purchase the Frasier 4-Season Pack DVD set (contains Seasons 1, 2, 3, and 11). You just send the original cash register receipts or original packing slips and a proof of purchase coupon. U.S. residents will receive $20 while Canadian residents will receive $20 (CAN) back by mail. Requests must be received by February 28, 2005.
Don't know if they'll be including the rebate form in the 5 pack though. Timing looks ok with a 2/28/05 deadline. Anyone have a .pdf of the rebate?

there's a 20% off sale at DDD? why is there no separate thread about this? or is the OP only talking about this item?

There was a 20% off sale at the time the thread was started. It's long over now though.

Did you notice the date when this deal was originally posted?

I guess the obvious question is will this rebate work for the folks who got in on the Amazon preoreder misprice?

Given the prior rebate is still fulfilled if you bought the Amazon 5 pack, and that it expires 2/28/05, my thought is those of us who got in should be good, IF we can find the rebate form. Perhaps a call to Paramount to get a copy of the form is in order (or to even ask if one will be in the 5 pack). If I have time, I'll try tomorrow. If someone else wants to call and post the results, below is the contact info from The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread.

Update: Left voicemail with Paramount requesting a rebate form. Also found Frasier: The Final Season at Target. Sticker on that box said $15 rebate ends 1/31/05

sometimes it has to be purchased by a certain date and then postmarked by a later date so maybe amazon would ship early

The Amazon orders may just barely get in by the deadline if they are not late in shipping. If the rebates end on 1/31 they normally give some extra time to have them postmarked.

I thought about that - the Amazon receipt clearly shows the date the order was placed, which is definitely before the 31st. We might be able to get in on this anyhow, as you pointed out, as the purchase will have been made in time.

No response from Paramount still - will keep everybody updated if I do hear back.

Looks as if Amazon is starting to cancel the Frasier orders so the rebates no longer matter.
