I've checked on the web and at Best Buy. The latter still indicates March 16th as the release date. However, on the web some sites (e.g., Amazon) give a June release date! BTW, I checked the USA Network website and couldn't find anything other than info. on season 3 which starts in June. So what's up?

The third season of this show starts in June. Why would that necessarily "tell me" that the second season DVD release will be available at the same time and not this month?

It doesn't. Release dates on sites, incl. this one, will tell you it got pushed back to June. Do a search for "Dead Zone" and you'll get one. Hell, I'll do it for you.

You asked if there was any reason it got pushed back. I'm pretty much assuming it's an issue of cross-promotion. That's all I meant.

I could be wrong though. Certainly wouldn't be the first time.

I'm wondering if Lion's Gate has issued any official statement. BTW, if this title has been pushed to June, that's a bit too close to Smallville Season 2 and all the June gay pride titles. In this contest Dead Zone is the loser. I bet a not insignificant number of other people are in the same spot. Having said the above, I hope March 16th is the "real" release date.

You have to keep reading. I would assume he means that the aforementioned titles are coming out around the same time, and that they're a higher priority for him than The Dead Zone is.
