Has anyone NEVER seen the Indy movies?

I've seen about 75% of the first a long time ago and never seen part 2 or 3. Am I the only one?

I've never seen them. Never had any desire to.
(The other thread doesn't apply to me because I'm not buying the DVDs)

BTW, I've never seen any of the Star Wars films either.

Rob

edited to add: I'm 34, and just not a big fan of most action or sci-fi films.

My girlfriend hasn't seen them. She is only 19 though.

She said that she might have watched them as a kid, but doesn't remember them.

I am about to introduce her to them this weekend. I cannot wait!

I have never seen them and I'm a huge movie fan, seen plenty of those obscure movies though, and some of them really sucks.

Me (aged 42).

Never really had any desire (not much of a Lucas/Spielberg/John Williams fan--though I liked the first Star Wars and American Grafitti). [I know that's blatant sacrilege around these parts, but it's just the way I feel.]

Celebrate Diversity!!!

Peace.

I've only seen bits and pieces of them on tv. I didnt like what i saw well enough to have any interest in buying them on dvd or vhs.

I've seen them all more times than I care to reveal (I do SO have a life!) but my niece (who's 9) has never seen any of them. She loved THE MUMMY and THE MUMMY RETURNS so this weekend I'm going to give her a dose of the real McCoy. I'm sure my sister-in-law is going to have a cow once she finds out (she thinks the INDIANA JONES movies are too violent) but, as an uncle, I feel it's my job to corrupt her mind at every opportunity. Hey, somebody's gotta do it.

I'd never seen the Indy movies either except for a few scenes. I did watch Raiders of the Lost Ark last night and it was sweet. I still haven't seen the Godfather films either.

I haven't seen any of them, I'm 19. I'll probably pick up the box set after a price drop though.

This girl I know had a kid about 3 months ago. I'm pretty sure the kid hasn't seen it yet. That's about the only person I know who hasn't.

I thought I'd seen most of them, but after watching Raiders of the Lost Ark last night, absolutely none of it looked remotely familiar, so I may not have seen any of them.

As one who's seen them all in the theater during the original release, this thread frightens me. And for those who didn't see Star Wars and are over 30 - WTF? Those movies were a cultural thing that everyone went to see, even if sci-fi wasn't of interest!

I weep for the future.

I just turned 20 and I haven't seen these films in years, though as a kid I watched my tapes probably once a month of at least one of them.

I remember some key scenes and that I liked them, but I couldn't tell you a thing about any of the plots. So I can't wait to start watching them on DVD... mmm, younger Harrison Ford...

Why do people have trouble with those of us who march off to a different drummer? Just because something was a cultural phenomenon--with all of the commercialism, product tie-ins, and endless references in the media--doesn't mean that every man, woman, and child in the United States should be required to see it. I weep for a future in which everone thinks and acts the same (you might put Orwell's 1984 on your reading list).

I reiterate: Celebrate Diversity!!

Peace.
