This post brought to you by boredem. Anyway, my vote is for Casablanca 2 disk set.

THey kept the original letter look which is nice, but its pretty small and plain

So, what is this about? Content? Artwork? Anything?

My vote would be the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine plastic spines. One of mine has already split, even though it was only used long enough to transfer to an Alpha case.

Next, along the same idea, Babylon 5. The paperboard spine gets a wicked crease unless you never open it.

I would vote for E.T. if it had a spine.

My vote goes to Foxes, that head shot is too big for a spine.

Bilingual spines, which have the name of the movie twice. Ones like "Blade 2" are really stupid, because the French title is the same as the English title.

Spines, where some unrecognizable part of the front cover artwork wraps around. (eg. "2010")

Some Euro spines, where the text is written the other direction.

WB South Park Season spines, where the text is flipped the wrong way.

White and brightly-colored spines, which stick out like a sore thumb on your DVD shelf among all the nice dark ones. "Willy Wonka" is a colorful monstrosity.

WB spines, where the title is at the top instead of centered.

Spines which have the picture of the movie at the bottom instead of the top.

Snapper spines, which have been scuffed or bent on the corners because of the cheap cardboard.

Spines of a series, which don't line up properly.

The Castle of Cagliostro; it's hard to describe, so I took a picture:

The flash from my camera gives it too much credit; it's basically illegible from about a foot away or more.
