Analog stereo to digital S/PDIF converter?

Anyone know of a cheap analog to digital converter. It needs to have two RCA analog inputs and one digital output (the kind that looks like the RCA style).

Thanks!

You'd need more tha just the cables. You need a DAC chip. Such a thing exists, but it's very expensive. My question is why do you need one, what are you trying to do?

I knew it wasnt a cable, but i figured there might be a cheap box, there are USB sound modules that do the same basic thing.

I have an AudioMedia III card that i use with ProTools LE, the card has two RCA analog inputs and a S/PDIF input. I want a converter so i can input 4 audio tracks at one time.

thanks
