hope kstublen doesn't mind:
according to the detailed DVDBeaver review - the short is NOT included on the bluray edition of the movie.

Don't mind at all Giles.
I picked up the DVD for the Exclusive Content.
I also got the Blu-ray, which I'm watching now. It looks great. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the 3-D. The 3-D works in the sense that I can notice the difference - there is depth, characters and objects will seem closer or farther away, etc. This was exactly what the 3-D added in theaters too. And like I said, it works here as well. The only problem is that the glasses totally ruin the colours of the movie and thus takes you out of the movie, focusing more on the lousy red/blue or red/green (whichever it is) and less on the movie itself. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed this in 3-D in theaters.

Really happy to see this blu-ray includes the DVD version. I wish more movies offered a combo pack.

How does someone tell the difference between the packaging of the Target exclusive and the standard 2-disc version DVD's? In Target, I don't see the Selick short or other exclusive content mentioned on the back of the 2-disc version. Am I missing something? Is there a special sticker that I should look for?
Edit: Answer on another thread here. Guess my Target is out of stock...
The UPC code is different for the exclusive version:
025192031748
It does have the Target Exclusive Sticker with "Only At Target circle Symbol"

Watched it last night with the family. All of us were sitting there with our 3-D glasses on, fun thing to do.
The 3-D was OK, but needed more punch.
Movie was cool but, I feel asleep because I was tired and had to go to work today. Will finish it later tonight.

I finally got to watch this tonight. Very good movie, but I couldn't help but notice a lot of times where the animation went from being fluid to stuttering a little - then going fluid again. Anyone else notice this? The sound wasn't affected, so I don't think it was the disc itself.

Is there only one version of the Blu-Ray 2-disc edition? Saw one at Target today without the slip cover and no mentioning on the case of the 3-D version being included. Does it still include the 3-D version?

I imagine, like Warner's Digital Copy Special Editions, all references to the 3D version are included on the slip so that when they stop including the glasses, they can just stop printing the slip.

The gift set is just a removable cover that includes a regular hardcover book and digipak DVD.
