We all knew it was inevitable anyway, but look what just popped up on GameFly.

Amazing remaster - I would probably buy this again as a separate physical purchase.

I'm soured on it now. Didn't they even add DLC to the remaster? No thanks. I want it all as one package.

They should just package them all together and sell it for $60 as the Warfare Remastered Trilogy. I already played through the first one last year, but would be up for playing through the other two again.

Because a lot of people who said they would never, ever buy it with infinite warfare and wait until a possible individual release.....did in fact buy it with infinite warfare and Activision made some good coin.

Not sure what you're saying?? Yes, the DLC maps were added for the remaster (you have to pay 15 bucks for them).

You want what as one package - the remaster that's soon to be released as a stand alone with the DLC maps or all of the older remastered COD's?

I thought they had added crates, similar to the current games, but I guess I heard wrong.

They did but it's for gear only....last I remember anyway, you can't get weapons or anything. Some cool melee things and maybe a few extras but nothing major.

Well I'm proud to say I still haven't bought Infinite Warfare, and I never will. I wonder how much they'll charge for this? My guess is $40 including DLC.

No, there are exclusive weapons to to each class that you can only get by completing sets of other loot drop items.

Yeah, I just watched a video the other day that said they're adding (or has it already been added??) an MP7 into the mix of regular weapons.

No word yet on this at E3? I know they don't want to take away thunder from WW2, but they're cutting it close no? (If June 20th rumor is to be believed)

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered might be getting individual release in Ju

Modern Warfare Remastered game case revealed, reportedly available on June 27:

A tipster has sent us over images of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered’s game case, confirming the title will be available standalone at retailers in the near future.

According to the tipster, their internal computers have the game set for release on Tuesday, June 27. Other retailers from earlier this month claimed a June 20th release, so we’re still awaiting final confirmation on a specific release date. It seems to be either June 20 or June 27.

Information from earlier today also revealed that the game will cost $39.99. Some Target stores put up stickers for the product on the shelf with the $39.99 price.

$40 is WAY too much at this point, since it's been out almost a year and the bundle has been in the high $40's to low $50's multiple times now.

re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered physical release - PS4 6/27/17, XB1, PC ???

As feared/suspected:

This $40 standalone version of Modern Warfare does not include the “variety map pack” that Activision sells separately for $15, so if you want everything, you’ll have to dish out even more.
Activision says there'll be a release for other platforms down the road, but what those platforms are (although...c'mon, Xbox One and PC, obviously) and when they'll be released remain to be seen.

Plus remaster or not the game is ten years old. Kind of ridiculous to charge that much for it but I guess there are enough people who feed into the franchise. I'd be interested maybe at like $20 tops. Even that feels high.

Yup, I'm out at that price. Ridiculous. Full release should have been $20 with no weapon DLCs. I just want the original game.

I'm not biting at that price either. Just nosing around out of curiosity, even though this comes out on Tuesday, no one seems to have it for pre-order. (...or at least Best Buy and Amazon don't. Tried gamestop.com, but their website is borked right now.)

Wow. I really want this, but I'll hold off out of protest. Fuck you Activision.

It's in Best Buy's ad for Sunday. $40 and PS4 only.

I have this in my Amazon cart right now. My protest might last less than a week. Shit.
