E3 2017
We are just a few days away from E3! EA's press conference is tomorrow and Microsoft and Bethesda is Sunday.
They were also selling tickets to the public this year. Anyone going?

Interested in the Microsoft presser. May try to watch it live if I can.

I usually try and go every year but I missed the registration for people in the industry. Usually they send reminder emails, but I didn't see anything this time around.
But yeah, mostly interested in the Microsoft conference just because of Scorpio stuff.

The only thing at E3 you're interested in is a more powerful version of an existing console which is going to play the same games?

Actually pretty pumped for this E3
We are deep into the life of these consoles and we got some great games coming our way
It's already been an amazing year for games

I obviously can't exactly get excited about anything unannounced, and all the existing rumors/leaks/speculation i've seen have been around sequels to existing franchises like Battlefront 2 or the next Assassin's Creed game or just more footage of stuff that's already been announced previously.
I don't see what's wrong with that. What are YOU interested in?

I agree....while yea the spotlight might be on Destiny 2 there is a slew of solid good games coming down the pike that very well could be contenders for GOTY. I think we're going to see a lot of WOW Games this time around. I believe we might have finally hit the sweet spot of the current PS4 and XB1

Who said that was the "only" thing I was interested in? I just said that was the most interesting thing to me because the power boost is fairly significant, i'm interested in the improvements it makes to all current games, what the pricing will be, and i'm hoping it comes with other surprises from Microsoft. I also want it to be my UHD player at home, since the PS4 Pro didn't include one. To me, it's by far the most intriguing question mark for the console industry this E3

Yeah. There are some things I'm excited about that I know will be there (the next Wolfenstein, Super Mario Odyssey, Spider-Man, Red Dead Redemption 2, etc.), but the stuff that's going to make the biggest impression are the titles I don't know anything about yet.
I'm chomping at the bit to get a look at Scorpio as well (since it'll almost certainly replace the PS4 as my console of choice for third party titles), and I'm interested to see what MS has to support it software-wise this year.

I think a Pro price drop is likely, but I feel like it'll be a Fall thing rather than a Summer thing.

I can't wait to see more of God of War. Hopefully we get a release date for early next year as well.
I'm going to guess that Sony drops the price of the slim down to $249 and the Pro to $349. Scorpio will probably come in at $399. I think anything more than that is going to kill them. At this point, almost 5 years into this gen, I just want to see a shit ton of games announced. Hopefully MS has a bunch of stuff to show and doesn't spend half the conference talking about a system revision with no games.
Fingers crossed for CD Project Red to show that cyberpunk game.

Yeah, a $50 Pro drop wouldn't be too surprising, and I wonder if Sony will say that the $50 temp drop on the Slim is permanent.
If the Pro drops $50, I might buy it too just for the Pro enhancements to Horizon I just bought.

I guess I should post rumors and news I see in this thread...
Amazon.de has a listing for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus with a October 27th release date.
