Oh good, more time for the Rene's daughter custody story line.

Re: Arrow (S5E22) -- "Missing" -- 5/17/17

Wow, all-star episode tonight.

Black Siren

Malcolm Merlyn

Nyssa Al Ghul

and then Deathstroke.....

Manu Bennett wasn't a very good liar when he was trying to refute Stephen Amell saying he was back a few months ago.

Nice little segue episode to the finale.

Also Artemis/Starling was back.

Since Ollie is letting Slade go, he might as will let Captain Boomerang out too.

Thought this was a fun set up for the finale. Kind of wish Amell didn't spoil Deathstroke coming back though as that would have been a pretty great surprise.

We know Boomerang is going to get out because he's one of Flash's rogues, not Green Arrow's...

Re: Arrow (S5E22) -- "Missing" -- 5/17/17

This season of Arrow is ending much better than last season's last few episodes. I knew Deathstroke was going to show up but it's good to see him back for at least an episode.

That actor playing Chase is great at being an over-the-top supervillain. It will be a shame to see Chase go next season, I hope they find a suitable replacement.

So why didn't Rene and Canary 2 appear on the island (though Canary 2 appears in the preview vs. Siren ... )?

So did Vigilante actually die in that little tussle he had with Chase earlier this season? If so, that's pretty lame they never even showed us who he was.

http://www.tvguide.com/news/arrow-who-is-vigilante/

This suggests that
Spoiler:
Vigilante is not dead and his identity will be revealed next season.

Bringing Vigilante back vs. Chase in the finale would have been great!

I'm liking this finale more than I thought I would. Nice to see the "reunion" this episode.

This is not a spoiler but I'm guessing Vigilante will be Thea. She's never been completely right coming back from the dead.

Many of the other possibilities just don't make much sense.

She was in the limo when Vigilante ambushed them a few episodes ago. I can't even give an educated guess to on who he is. Maybe they think they can bring back Tommy Merlin if the actor becomes available.

At this point it would be a bigger twist for the Vigilante being............no one they know.

He played a likable dimwit in the USA Paramedic comedy Sirens. Unfortunately it's a character portrayal that stuck for me so every time it's all I can see.

I do believe that

Spoiler:
Nick E Tarabay (Digger Harkness)
is on the cast list for the next episode. Although more realistically this would be a time to give Sarah and the rest of the Legends a call.

The animated Vixen: The Movie comes out this week in wide release. For Arrow fans, it's the prequel to her appearances on Arrow and set in the Arrowverse. Both Flash and Green Arrow (with Gustin and Amell providing voices) appear.

It's just the 12 episodes that streamed on CW Seed for free, bunched together in movie format. AFAIK there is no new content included.

There is about 15 minutes of new content that wasn't on the CW Seed. Everything has been edited together into one movie.
