The William Castle 2-fers from Mill Creek are tempting, but I'm personally going to hold out and hope a UK company like Arrow will create even better transfers and tack on some (much needed) bonus features. --Peter

Just to let you guys know, Hamilton books has the last 300 copies of the Peter Gabriel set available for the jaw-dropping price of $7.95. It is a gorgeous set that includes the Blu-ray, DVD and two CDs of the New Blood concert. The discs are packaged in a large book which contains around 200 photographs. Even a casual fan of Peter Gabriel would enjoy such an awesome set at such a ridiculously low price.

I just received my third or, maybe it's my fourth, order from Hamilton Books. It contained "Peter Gabriel: New Blood Deluxe Edition," "A Clockwork Orange: Two-Disc Anniversary Digibook," "The War Hero Collection {Patton + Behind Enemy Lines + Rescue Dawn)," "Casino Royale (1963)," "Million Dollar Baby 10th Anniversary Edition," and the Michael Douglas thriller, "Don't Say a Word."

I'm still astonished that this bounty cost me just $47.60 shipped. The Peter Gabriel set is even better in hand than what I looked at online. The Blu-ray offers visuals and audio that are pure bliss. The full color photos act as a nice program for the concert and the inclusion of the DVD version and two CDs just makes for a tremendous package. For anyone wondering, The "War Hero Collection" is three separate keepcases with the individual movies. I own the remastered Patton so i will trade the version of Patton included in the set which cost a measly $5.95 for the three films.

I am also thrilled to say everything was packed securely in a very heavy box and all items were in pristine condition. I can't remember the last time I ordered from Amazon and was totally satisfied. The folks at Hamilton Books just get it right every time (knock on wood). They value their customers and I am fixin' to place another order. Thank you Hamilton Books!

I got lucky with the Gabriel set this time around, but I may wind up gifting to a friend. I already have the blu-ray (slipcase edition) and the limited edition 2-disc studio release...so (besides packaging) the only thing exclusive is the bonus live CD. Now, if they'd just gone ahead and tossed in the instrumental disc of the studio recordings, it would have been truly complete (sans 3-D, which holds no interest for me). Nice photos in the book, and no denying one of the best deals from Hamilton Books. --Peter

I watched the whole concert last night and was amazed how well Gabriel's voice sounded. So many from his era and earlier have vocal chords that just can't make the stretch any longer. He sounded terrific and gave me chills on more than one occasion. I will likely pass on buying the 3D version because I really don't see how 3D would enhance my enjoyment of this particular title. This package is just about all a Peter Gabriel fan needs to experience this excellent concert.
