Nice! Picked up three blind buy titles from my "One of these days..." list, plus a guilty pleasure from my childhood.

Time After Time
Fearless
The Hudsucker Proxy
(the only Coen Bros. movie I haven't seen)
Pac-Man: The Complete Second Season (DVD)

I just know that as soon as I spring for a few MOD DVDs I've been holding off purchasing they'll release them on pressed BR...

It's not really clear that it is free shipping. In the details, it still states free shipping on $100 or more. The way I read it is that you need to order twelve titles to get the free shipping.

Maybe when you "check out" it adjusts the shipping charge?

I can confirm it works and adjusts the prices to $11 each when the fourth item is added to your cart, and there is free normal shipping. Only reason my final total was higher than $44 is because they charge sales tax.

But after completing my order it occurred to me that I really wanted 5 titles, and I should have tested if each additional title after the 4th is discounted to $11. But there are not 3 additional titles I want to get to another total of 4. Oh well, there is always next time.

So many great classics. I'm used to looking at the more obscure titles in Twilight Time sales.

As usual though, the newest titles aren't included, which means two I really want aren't available yet.

I'm debating on this. $11 is as cheap as they get. I'd like to replace my last Shearer TCM caps with the upgrade.

I feel ya. I'm glad I never pulled the trigger on Doc Savage until now. I mean, the movie will still suck, but now it'll suck in glorious HD.

The only title I'm missing out on is the blu upgrade for The Yakuza. I have the original DVD release, so I'm okay waiting until the next sale.

got to have and have not, love me or leave me, susan slept here, and passage to marsaille. 2 bogies, 1 doris day/cagney and 1 dick powell/debbie reynolds.

I hate that these are MOD.. hope they play better than my DVD MODs (which frequently doesn't play)

I'm still deciding on this one. I could easily spend several hundred $'s; not sure if i can currently afford to spend $44! And not sure if I want to duplicate dvd's with factory pressed blu's, or finish up my mod collections of Norma Shearer & Eddie Robinson.

How slow is WAC usually to ship? They billed my card (fully not preauth) on 3/25 & it still shows "processing" in my account.

You could call them and see if they can tell you for sure it's shipped and get the tracking. I think they usually use USPS. 25th was Sat so if the package moved on Monday from Ohio or KY then Friday would be reasonable
That would be nice. I am used to some sort of shipping notification.

Yeah, their shipping is much faster than their order tracking. I ordered last Thursday, got my stuff Monday (!), and it still shows "In Process" as of this morning.

No explanation of any kind. This was an impulse buy that I really couldn't afford. I'm probably going to call tomorrow & cancel & demand a refund if I don't get an acceptable explanation & a definite ship date.

just got off the phone with WB. He said most of the orders from the sale went out on Monday 3/27 or Tues 3/28. The system just doesn't reflect it. He confirmed that mine shipped. He was nice enough that he will follow up with getting me a tracking # and send me via email...

I'm not so lucky. My order has not shipped "because they haven't had time to make all the dvdr's yet....." (I ordered a mix of blu & dvdr).

There will not be an email. I should have the order by a week from Saturday.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. No more WAC dvdr's unless I get them from Deep Discount.

His excuse was ongoing problems with their computer system.

On all the MOD dvdr's the site states they will ship within 3 days of ordering.
