I'd forgotten that Rihanna was playing Marion Crane... so random. She's not the greatest actress, but nothing too distracting. At least it wasn't Ke$ha.
I'm glad the writers finally had Emma hear the truth about her mother's disappearance... hopefully she and Dylan will have more involvement in the plot before the series wraps.

Now Norman is officially gay now too?
I would not mind if they killed off Marion in the next episode. Norma meeting Dylan again would be more interesting.
It would be nice to see the psychiatrist again since he brings out the worst in Norman.

^Agreed. It's not even a conscious decision. He becomes Norma, in his mind. It's not like he's pretending to be her.

I think Marion Crane is just for two arcs. If it goes like the book he'll invite her in for dinner, have a chat...and kill her!

I read elsewhere that the producers had her for five days and that would make up two episodes. One of the shots with her Monday was a double because they didn't realize they'd need the shot when they had her. I guess the big issue will be if they keep Sam Loomis around and if they introduce Marion's sister, -but I'm guessing someone else in the cast will be the "Vera Miles" of this version and Sam will end up dead.

It is so much better to watch this when it is raining outside.
Maybe they could have played a Rihanna song while she was driving in the rain and do some cross promotion lol.

It took this season long enough to really get going. This should have been the second or third episode of the season.
So Norman ultimately has to kill that psychiatrist, right? I don't see any other endgame for his character.

Just caught up with this ... yeah, the season started a little slow. But eps 4 and 5 really picked up the pace. Will be interesting to see what they do in the remaining 5
