What Are You Playing? (March 2017)

Having a blast playing

Just completely focused on this. If it wasn't for Horizon,I would be buying the Switch and Zelda.

I am playing this with my wife too, though:

We've put more time into that so far than I have into Breath of the Wild.

Re: What Are You Playing? (March 2017)

I actually had a lot of games I was playing when this came out; Horizon Zero Dawn, Dishonored, Nioh, and more that I'm forgetting, because this Zelda came out and gave them all the dirt nap!

Seriously, this is the Zelda game I've been waiting decades for. Rich, detailed, enormous - so much to see and do. The sense of discovery is unparalleled, there's something new around each corner, and there's a lot of "corners". But above all, straight up FUN.

This game goes beyond game of the year, and is a solid contender for GOAT.

Like an addict, I'm stuck at work, itching to get back to it. Can't say the same for the other games I'm also playing. Might even have to put off Mass Effect until I finish this.

Xbox One: Torment - Tides of Numenera : Not your typical RPG but very interesting (I'm not in love with it as much as the ones saying GOTY, but still like a lot)

Xbox 360: Phantom Breaker - Battlegrounds: Working on the newest Frau DLC pack. Trying to find somebody (or 3 somebodies according to the notes) to get the online achievement with. We'll see what happens.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands
NBA 2K17 (MyPark mode)

Will probably pick up Nier: Automata soon and maybe Zelda, but having watched people play it on streams I don't see what all the best game evar hype is all about.

I'd agree if I had only seen videos as well.
You just have to play it and get consumed by it for yourself to understand. Besides the unpredictability of it, it is the most interactive open world game I've ever played. The AI is pretty amazing too.

Re: What Are You Playing? (March 2017)

So far this month I have played through Sniper Elite 4, Assassins Creed Syndicate, and now getting close to the end of Horizon Zero Dawn. Picked up a copy of Sniper Elite 3 last week so that will be next along with Resident Evil 7 and GR: Wildlands.

Re: What Are You Playing? (March 2017)

First time playing this series, bought during PSN sale last year. Wished I would've played them sooner.

This game is just fucking great, had so much fun. Easy to get into and not frustrating at all. RE RPG-style!

+ Controls are perfect (move anywhere)
+ Action/RPG and leveling up powers
+ Weapon/ Armor Tuning , creating ultimate pieces
+ Great/logic save locations
+ EX game , keeping your tuned Weapon and Armor
- NO MAP

Dont' know why they changed so much, I guess they wanted to make more challenging and damn it was.

- Controls a step back (RE type)
- more action than rpg/ no leveling up
- having to buy weapons and armor and items
- having to attach items/weapons to use in battle (no freewill)
- no pause button
+map with enemy respawn locations
+ special items with bonuses that help you
+ unlimited ammo

Too bad 3RD BIRTHDAY wasn't released pn PS1/PS2, would love to play it.

Capcom needs to remake them current gen, like NOW!
