I'll probably get to the 1000 mark by the end of this year, and was curious how many of you have a certain amount of movies.

Between 400-500. That's titles, counting Bond set as 23, etc.. I'm just getting started, bought my first one 10 months ago. Hope to be caught up by this time next year and then just worry about new releases. I figure I'm about 50% there.

I use www.filmaf.com to catalogue my collection and as best as I can tell, there isn't a way to list them by format.

I have 2027 titles and 2786 discs.

If I were to make a guess I'd say it breaks down to be around 600 blu's and 1400 dvd's. But that number is getting more even every day.

Just go to "My Collection"and select "My Home" in the dropdown box. Once there select the "Stats" tab and select "Format" under "Show Statistics" on the left.

Probably 1000 or so, BD's and HD-DVDs combined.

I'm too lazy to go count them all, but it's definitely over 500, but probably less than 1,000.

E Unit

Mostly Blu with 1162 movies/sets, and 1512 discs, according to the Blu-Ray.com app.

From Sept to New Years, I added about 15 to my collection, so I getting real close to 500.

Still having a good time with watching the movies I love.

Getting rid of some of my old DVDs and replaced them with BR has given more more room, but now space is starting to bulge again.

I marked 500 but its really closer to 450. My numbers and links to filmaficianado are in my sig. I'm really thinking I need to go through and weed out a bunch of the crap. There were quite a few titles I picked up, especially when Blockbuster was running their 5/20 sales, that I know I don't need to own and are just taking up space on the shelf.
