Vampire Diaries Viewers: Quick Question
I'm about 13 episodes behind on the most recent season. Did the show jump the shark? Is it worth catching up on?

Seemed to me the writers didn't take the show in any new directions (as they did in the first two seasons).

It's as good as ever. Finish the season.

OK, so the consensus is catch up...got it. The first part of the season was dragging for me, so I wasn't sure.

It starts out really slow, but it does pick up with alot of crazy twists and turns. I still really like the characters, so it didn't even cross my mind to consider giving up.

Yeah, evil Stefan got old pretty fast, but they corrected that during the season.

Re: Vampire Diaries Viewers: Quick Question
It was kind of a rollercoaster in quality this season. The first 5 episodes where meh, then it got really good for 6 episodes, then back to meh for awhile, but the last 5/6 episodes were some of the best of the series.
