have come down quite a bit at Newbury Comics.

Yea, when you don't know what you are doin'!...I went back and tried to fix it
but you need a moderator to fix a thread title.

I will not post anymore Newbury threads.
I just figure there are a lot of people on here that live in the New England area that shop there. And these Flash Sales only show up in the Newbury email, so if
you don't get their emails you don't know when sales happen .
Believe me they don't run a lot of sales!

Another flash sale today, in honor of the opening of the new Nashua NH store. All DVDs are Buy One, Get One For $1 (at all stores, not just Nashua). In the past this is also included blu-ray discs, so I assume it will today as well.

This is always a great sale. Unfortunately, I blew all my money on Best Buy's sale this week!

I hear ya, the Avon store had a $3.99 section of blu's , nothing really exciting ..Paper Heart, Extraordinary Measures, In The Valley Of Ellah....were a few of the titles I remember seeing.

I left with 2 DVD's .....Silkwood (Brand New, i don't know why it was listed as Used ?) and Silent Running both for $9.55 total.

Went to the Salem NH store and nabbed 'Game of Thrones' and 'Boardwalk Empire' on BD for $40.99 total. Pretty happy about that!

Picked up a used copy of Criterion Rebecca for $19.99 along with the OOP Serpico at the North Attleboro store.

I've noticed that, too -- Sometimes they put a used sticker on a new/sealed disc. I'm assuming they're overstock/bargains.
