So a couple years ago I saw a movie but I can't remember the title. What I remember about the movie is that there was a man and a woman going to meet at a restaurant, and right outside, the man gets hit by a car or bus. The man goes to heaven and is in a rush to get back to earth to see the woman, so he doesn't get a shot that would have erased his memory. He then has to grow up over again so that he can find the woman.

That's really all I remember so if that isn't an adequate description I'm sorry.

This sounds very familiar, but I can't for the life of me remember the title. Was it an asian film? I ask because that's most of what I watch in the foreign film area.
